1. Tea Tree Oil
This essential oil can destroy airborne pathogens kill microorganisms and bacteria.
A study made in Germany discovered that this oil has antimicrobial activity against lots of fungi, bacteria, and yeasts, microbes that cause inflammation.
Simply add few drops to a cotton ball and apply. For sensitive skin dilute it with some carrier oil (ex. jojoba or coconut oil)
2. Peppermint Oil
For scratchy throats or clogged sinuses inhale diffused peppermint oil,it will relief the cold, bronchitis, allergies, sinusitis, coughs and asthma,discharge phlegm and reduce inflammation.
