After a long and busy day spent on your feet, soaking them in ACV can be quite relaxing. Dilute 1 cup of ACV, 1 cup of Epsom salt, and 1cup of sea salt in water and make a bath. Optionally, you can add half cup of lavender to it and enjoy into its soothing power!
ACV Foot Soak For Athlete’s Foot
For treatment of athlete’s foot, add ACV in a water in order to make a foot basin. Soak your feet in it for 10 minutes on a daily basis 10 days and you will spot the difference!
ACV For Smelly Feet
It can fight against the bad odor. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar and two parts of water and add a few drops of thyme essential oil to the foot basin. The thyme will neutralize the body odor releasing fragrant scent. If you don’t have this oil you can add baking soda instead as it can neutralize the smell. Mix four cups of water, four cups of ACV and half a cup of baking soda and soak for fifteen to twenty minutes.
ACV for toenail fungus
ACV has anti-fungal properties which make it great for treating toenail fungus. Soak the toes is two parts of water and one part of apple cider vinegar for fifteen minutes on a daily basis.
ACV for Warts and Calluses
Apple cider vinegar’s acidity has exfoliating properties that make it well suited to lessening the appearance of warts and calluses. To effectively treat warts and calluses, prepare a foot basin of hot water and soak your feet in it for 5 minutes. Then empty the basin and add enough ACV to soak your feet. Keep your feet soaked for 15 minutes and then dry thoroughly.
For an overnight treatment, apply a cotton ball soaked in vinegar to the affected area and use a bandage to keep it in place overnight.
Apple Cider Vinegar Foot Soak For Dry Feet
Soak your foot in ACV for 45 minutes, and with that, the ACV will exfoliate the skin and loosen up the dry areas. Then, with gentle moves, scrub the dry areas. The results will amaze you!
