50 ml yogurt
3 tea bags – black tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon curry
Preparation:
You should boil the water, then add all the groceries except the yogurt. Once the water has cooled, in the strained liquid add the remaining yogurt and mix.

170 ml milk
