Simply start making these tasty colon cleansing smoothies and keep your belly happy and in order.
1. Papaya chia seed detox smoothie.
1 cup papaya, chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 apple, cored and roughly chopped
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup ice
blend until smooth.
2. Green tea.
Sipping green tea throughout the day can do wonders for the colon, because it contains anti-oxidants.
3. Spinach lettuce detox smoothie.
7 cups chopped spinach (~a medium bunch)
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce (~1 small head)
2 cups cold filtered water
1½ cups chopped celery (~2 medium stalks)
1 medium apple, cored and coarsely chopped
1 medium pear, cored and coarsely chopped
1 medium banana, peeled and cut in thirds
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4. Papaya oatmeal detox smoothie.
1 cup greens
1 ounce of nuts
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup papaya
1/2 cup apples
1/2 cup pears
1/2 cup berries
1/2 cup orange slices
– blend until smooth.
5. Apple sea salt detox.
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ginger juice
½ cup 100 percent pure organic apple juice
½ cup warm, purified water
Add 3.5 oz. of filtered water in a pan and warm it up,do not boil it.
Pour it into a glass, add the sea salt, and stir well.
Add the ginger, lemon, and apple juice.
Stir and drink it right away.
