Beet Kvass is a blood and liver tonic with numerous health benefits and fermented beverages were the original sports drinks.

Beet Kvass has the added advantage but no toxic sugar and preservatives like popular sports drinks.
Beets are high in betacyanin, an ingredient that increases the oxygen-carrying ability of the blood.
I like to drink Beet Kvass because it boost my energy and improves my health in general.
4 organic beets
3 drops wild orange essential oil
1/2 gallon filtered water
1/2 organic lemon, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon Himalayan salt
– half-gallon jar.
How to make it:
Wash the beets (don’t peel) and cut them into cubes .
Put them into a jar and pour in your filtered water .
Add salt and the wild orange essential oil.
Cover with a cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band.
Let it sit for 4-5 days at room temperature,but check it daily and remove the foam.
When your see that it has deep red color you will notice fizzy bubbles at the top due to the fermentation .
Now you can close the jar with a lid and store in your fridge.
How to use:
Drink 4 ounces 2-3 times a day , 30-60 minutes before a meal.
