HOW TO MAKE TURMERIC GOLDEN MILK RECIPE:
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 small piece ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper(this spice is added to significantly improve the intake of turmeric)
raw honey to sweeten, optionally
People with intestinal ulcers, colitis and other intestinal problems, should skip the black pepper.
- mix all the ingredient( except honey)
- cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface
- reduce the heat to the minimum for 5 minutes
- remove the ginger, add the honey and stir .
How to consume it:
Drink it before bedtime and sip in the morning to nourish and energize.
