Brazilian buttocks exercises” is combination of several exercises for buttocks’ lifting and they have an effect on three main muscles in this area.Exercises are very simple and have excellent results,but the most important is that you can do them home or at work .
Here are the instructions:
Exercise 1
- Straighten and split up your legs in the width of the hips.
- Duck down but keep your feet flat on the ground, and your knees in an angle of 90
- degrees.
- Step at front from the half squat position with left leg.
- Return in the half squat position.
- Do it with the right leg.
- Repeat 30 times with each leg.
Exercise 2
- Step out backwards with your left leg from the half squat position .
- Return in the half squat position .
- Repeat the same with the right leg.
- Do this 30 times with each leg.
Exercise 3
- Lie on the side, on your hip than raise both legs at about 5 centimeters from the
- floor.
- Slowly lift up one leg to the height of your shoulders and then lower it down .
- While doing this remember to keep the other leg in the air- little above the surface.
- Repeat 30 times, then switch sides .
- Add weights from 1 kg on the joints.
